public companies.

To support the needs of his real estate clients, Paul's undergraduate studies included Architecture
and Engineering. In addition to this, Paul has a Masters Degree in Investments. This past education combined with
his ongoing and regular training in the ever-changing field of real estate and real estate law, provides
Paul's clients with the proper support they deserve.

Giving back to the community is a value that brings much joy to Paul. His volunteer efforts have included:
American Red Cross, National Ski Patrol, Shelter for the Homeless and The Interfaith Homeless Network. Currently Paul
serves the Orange County Chapter of Make-A-Wish. In addition to being a past Wish-Granter, Paul currently
